Drop,Move,Copy

Drag, Drop, and Move it! In AutoCAD select and object or several objects you would like to move or copy.

With your right mouse button, click and hold down the mouse button anywhere on the object (or any one of the objects). You’ll see an arrow cursor just like the one shown below.

Drag (with the mouse button still held down) the object(s) wherever you want. Release the mouse button and the following pop up will appear.   From this menu you have several options to choose from for the objects selected  A quick way to to copy the objects is to  hold down the Ctrl key as you drag. (You’ll see a little plus sign next to the cursor.)
